Brief History Of CAC Solution Centre District
This Church was established on the 16th June 2006 by God Himself under the leadership of Pastor Emmanuel O. Medaiyese, the
then District Superintendent of CAC Surrey Docks District. As part of the expansion directives of the District, Pastor Michael Adekoya had a meeting with Pastor E. O. Medaiyese on the 17th April 2006 which was an Easter Monday to share the vision about starting up a branch in Gravesend with him. Fortunately, it tallied with what he has been praying about and considering due to one of our prominent members, late Prophet Kunle Olanrewaju and family that were living in Gravesend at that time.
The Church started at Miskin Hall, Miskin Street in Gravesend with very few members from CAC Surrey Docks Headquarters. Pastor Michael Adekoya who came up with the vision was commissioned to Pastor the Church and Pastor Pius Akinyose, who was an Evangelist in CAC Dove House at the time was chosen by the District Superintendent to be his assistant. The Church has moved from various locations such as St. Aidan Church, to St. Peter Reformed Church, to Kings Street in Gravesend and then to Swanscombe where we spent over ten years before winning the bid to move to this current permanent place of worship on the 15th September 2024.
CAC Solution Centre became a District officially while Pastor M. Adekoya was promoted as the District Superintendent on the 1st January 2022. The official inauguration of the District and induction of the District Superintendent was conducted on Sunday the 25th February 2024 by the current SDCC Superintendent, Pastor Sunday Asoso.
Currently, we have CAC Grace Gateway, Grays as the branch of this District, pastored by Dr. John Adyman and CAC Household of Faith, Romford as our associate assembly pastored by Pastors K. and T. Aiyegbusi. At this headquarters, we have Pastors I. O. Medaiyese and Peter M. Abe as Associate Pastors. We are a growing and a visionary Church. Our vision is to know God intimately – eternal life (John 17:3), to know who we are in Christ (1Cor. 1:30) and to manifest Jesus as His Ambassadors (2Cor. 5:20) in this ever changing world!
Remain blessed! – Pastor Michael O. Adekoya
